Students are actively encouraged to participate in various indoor and outdoor sports, promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and leadership. SIHSCOP proudly fields its male and female teams under the banner Surya-Giants. Through the Suryotsav Sports Event, students engaged in multiple games, securing notable wins. At the inter-college level, Surya-Giants earned positions in prestigious events like the Physiotherapy Cricket League Pune 2024, Renaissance 2024, Physiofest, and Physio Carnival, defeating other physiotherapy colleges with commendable sporting spirit.

Creative activities like painting, sketching, poster making, craft competitions, and mehendi art were conducted to encourage students’ artistic expression and visual creativity. Students actively participated in inter-college competitions, showcasing their talent through beautiful artworks. A “Fireless Healthy Cooking Competition” highlighted students’ culinary skills, while a Paper Mache Model Making event on the theme Physiotherapeutic Equipment displayed their innovation and craftsmanship. Additionally, posters prepared by students on World Asthma Day reflected both awareness and creativity.
